BESKRIVELSE:
Zanollis Teorema Polis er like mye en fullverdig bakeovn som en pizzaovn. Ovnen er kjent for sine høye døråpninger på 18cm eller 30cm. Ovnskammeret kan bli kledd fullstendig i bakesten, det vil si både tak og sider og naturligvis bunnen er i bakesten. Noe som gir et fantastisk resultat på dine bakeverk/pizza. Dampgeneratorer i hvert kammer er også et tilvalg på denne ovnen.
